Validation of the game mechanics

Why ?

The filing of the rulebook is the final step that will allow the organizer to launch his campaign game. According to Article L. 121-38 of the Consumer Code, the organizer is obligated to file the rules of his game with a notary. Nevertheless, the organizer's obligation to launch and prove a promotional action of collection or notoriety must absolutely be lawful and fair to its consumers.

How ?

Promotional operations leading to the achivement of a gain or advantage of any kind by random draw, whatever the modalities, or by the intervention of a random element, are lawful from that point on. Leading to a fair form in accordance to Article L. 120-1.

Checking details on collection form

Why ?

The collection form (online or on paper) is the key legal element of your campaign. It centralizes the information you want to receive, but it must also provide information about your game, your legal entity, the destination of the personal data that you collect, the consent, the legal reasoning of each element. Without this, at the risk of not conforming formally to the requirements of the GDPR, you may not be able to use this collection for any promotional or commercial action.

How ?

You send us your web pages, forms, and registration forms before launch and we check and modify - if necessary - the content, form, and processing (option on estimate) post-collection.

Drawing performed by public notary

Why ?

Drawing performed by a certified officer legitimizes the results of the drawing and thus avoids contestations from the participants.

How ?

Several forms of certified drawings are possible, whether by a sworn official agent, by one of our draft engines (CERTIDRAW), or by a Certigame agent. The drawing is conducted from paper ballots, from an Excel file containing participants, or directly from your participant database. The results are recorded by a partnering officer.
